SUCES - Sydney University Chemical Engineering Society was founded in 2000 after a group of individuals decided to turn their shared interests into an official Student Club. Since then we’ve grown as a community, and have expanded what we offer to our members. When you decide to join us, you too will gain access to various events and, most importantly, to a group of like-minded individuals who are just as passionate as you are.

HOW OFTEN DOES SUCES - SYDNEY UNIVERSITY CHEMICAL ENGINEERING SOCIETY MEET?
DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO PARTICIPATE?
We are a very active society, with the aim of bringing students, staff, and industry together to maximise the student experience.
Therefore, we hold many events where each event is fresh and different from the last! You can expect events every week/fornight!
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANYTHING?
We hold a mixture of free and ticketed events which you can find out about in our 'Events' subsection or on our Facebook page!
We also sell SUCES T-Shirts for $10 and other merch coming in Semester 2.
Yes you do, but membership is free!
To become a member is extremely easy, all you have to do is sign up on the USU website!
HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST FOR?
Your SUCES Membership lasts for one year and is reset at the start of each year. Therefore if you have signed up in previous years, you will have to renew your membership for 2023! The membership form this year is slightly different - make sure to sign up on the USU website!
